15-06-2005 - Colaboration with Progressor
We are proud to announce, that The MetalList Portal entered the "Progressor" agency, which organize the concerts, tours and festivals in Ukraine.
The next big effort by Progressor is - open air metal fest Metal Heads' Mission, which will take place in relaxation complex 'Sun' on August, 5-6-7. Headliner - great British band NAPALM DEATH. You will also get the show with more than 40 groups form over 10 countries. Fest official website - www.mhm-fest.com, don't forget to visit the official forum.

First of all we congratulate everybody with the passed winter holidays. We wish you success and and all the best in this year!
Now about our plans. Soon we will add to outr Lins Catalogue a feature to tell about the broken links, and also Catalogue itself will grow, thanks to your added links.
Also MP3 section hasn't updated for a long time. So, we ask you to send us links to MP3 songs, for we could put them in our directory.
Concert organiser, if you want us to publish your posters on the title page of our Portal, put our logo on poster (logo in Corel Draw 10 format).
We are satisfied with our Banner Network. Results of its work show, that it's good, that we started this project under The MetalList banner. In next month we plan to start selling the credits of our banner network. It's great feature for those, who want to promote wares (CDs, T-shirts etc.), band or event. You don't have to put banner-exchange code on your website. Just sign up, pay for credits and enjoy the results of your advertisement campaign!
As you noticed, the news in our webzine are posting more frequntly now. We promise that such productivity won't go down and you will be able to get fresh news about metal music world everyday.

1-05-2004 - We are one year old!
The MetalList Portal is one year old today! Exactly a year ago our site "The MetalList Webzine" moved to another hosting and got a new name and design.
During this year we did a very good job! And today there are 65 interviews in our webzine, among which are inties with DIMMU BORGIR, EXODUS, HYPOCRISY, STRATOVARIUS, DESTRUCTION, EVERGREY, ARACHNES, DIVINA ENEMA, MIND ECLIPSE, MACHINE MEN, KOMA, INHUMATE, ROSSOMAHHAR.
We began to cooperate with big metal labels of CIS: CD-Maximum, Fono, Soyuz, and also More Hate and Stygian Crypt. This cooperation resulted in interviews and, of course, reviews, today their number is 139.
All this happened thanks to the great crew: Scorpio, Kashey, SunRise, Fawkes, Ind, Agressor, ArceON, Incantator, Losth, Fess, Zmej, Velingor.
To our first anniversary we prepared for you a concert, which will take place in Chernivtsi, Ukraine 22th of May.
26-04-2004 - First competition and FONO colaborating
Finally the Competitions section appeared on the pages of our website! First competition we hold together with CD-Maximum. It is dedicated to the release of a new album "Presence With War" by a great Russian band GRENOUER. Give correct answers to 3 questions and you will get the CD "Presence With War".
Also we began collaborating with a big Russian metal-label FONO. First reviews of their releases will appear tomorrow!

We need people, who can take good interviews with musicians. And we also need people in different regions of Ukraine and other countries (but first of all in Ukraine) for writing live reports. Send your resume to info@themetallist.com.
Also we want to announce that we began collaborating with Russian label Soyuz music. First reviews of its releases are already on website.

We're happy to announce that our site is now on a new, better and faster hosting. We also began collaborating with a big Russian metal label CD-Maximum and first reviews of their releases are already published in our webzine. As always you can discuss any topics in our forum and meet friends in the chat.
10-02-2004 - Great updates
Sorry we weren't online for some days. It's because of the problems with the hard disk of our host. But now it's OK, and we have prepared many surprises for you: 11 new reviews, 7 interviews (among them HYPOCRISY!). Soon you will read some new reviews, interviews with EXODUS, EKTOMORF, DIVINA ENEMA, OUT OF THE LAIR, they are already done and are currently being translated. And in the next few days we will take interviews with KATAKLYSM, GORGOROTH after their great show in Poland and IN FLAMES. A couple of other inties are going to appear - SOLSTAFIR, DER GERWELT, STORM. We will also post a new live report from "Metal Mega fest" show soon.
Also wanted to tell, that now I'm re-developing the links Database, which will be much better, than it is now. We have thoughts about a chat, but first we need more visitors, so tell your friends about our website!
