AMBRAZURA Storm In Your Brains

Starring at the album cover I noticed a freak with a waving grimace sitting on a pile of skulls and playing the balalaika, "Evidently missing a bottle of vodka," - was my first thought. It is obvious that the CD originates from Russia and one can expect just any shit coming from Russia. Well we found certain aggression, certain melody, not bad solos mixed with death riffs within this album. The vocalist is definitely missing vocal capabilities, his growling is unclear and feeble yet his tryings and restricted potential resulted into something that guys might have anticipated to hear. The drummer is not that bad, still should be more precise. The album is 30 minutes long but I didn't chance to remember anything except small acoustic patterns. I didn't feel any desire to listen to music once more yet I made myself to listen to 3rd and 5th tracks (containing acoustic insets) twice. Nevertheless the band has got potential and hopefully musicians are intending to compose something more skilled and brutal.

Kashey 7/10
