BRILLIANT COLDNESS Beyond Eternity

Right from the very beginning I started having serious doubts about the band. The booklet said that the group had live percussions. Strange as it may seem, but it didn’t look that way. I mean, sounds live sometimes and then sounds computer-made. Anyway I often heard the methodical crackle of the drum-machine. The style is death rather than brutal, but then it was chaotic as well as boring. And the quality was bad – MC, not a CD. I liked the growling and the guitars though. The last song, which was a bass instrumental looked like a doom-metal guitar lesson. In general, a very uninteresting album.

Agressor 5/10
