AFTER FOREVER

AFTER FOREVER is a Dutch symphonic metal band from Reuver, founded in 1997. Featuring the operatic vocals of Floor Jansen — later of NIGHTWISH — the band became one of the defining acts of the Dutch symphonic metal movement of the early 2000s. Signed to Nuclear Blast, their albums explored deeply personal and philosophical themes around relationships, social issues, and fundamentalism. Though the band split up in 2009, their influence on the symphonic metal genre endures strongly to this day.
