CALVARIUM

CALVARIUM were a Finnish black metal band from Tampere, active from 2001. Drawing from the classic second-wave Norwegian tradition, they delivered cold, hateful black metal rooted in anti-Christianity, death, hate, and Satanism. Their debut "The Skull of Golgotha" earned them respect in the underground. The band has since split up, leaving a concise but punishing body of work.
