I is a Norwegian heavy and black metal project formed in 2005 by Abbath of IMMORTAL. A short-lived but high-profile project, it produced the acclaimed album "Between Two Worlds" which showcased Abbath's songwriting outside the IMMORTAL framework. The project disbanded in 2007 when Abbath rejoined IMMORTAL.
