LOST DETOUR is a Finnish death metal band with jazz elements, formed in 2003. Combining the ferocity of death metal with the improvisational spirit of jazz, they represent one of the more unusual creative visions in the Finnish underground metal scene. Their unconventional approach sets them apart from more conventional Finnish death metal acts.
