PSILOCYBE LARVAE are a russian melodic doom/death metal band from Vyborg, formed in 1996. Channeling existentialism, pessimism, and reflections on humanity into slow, melodic doom/death compositions, they have been a consistent and respected presence in the russian doom underground for nearly three decades. Released on Fono Ltd., their thoughtful, introspective approach to doom metal has earned them a dedicated following. PSILOCYBE LARVAE remain active.
