Shakra is a Swiss heavy metal and hard rock band from the Bern area, formed in 1995. One of the most commercially successful rock acts from Switzerland, they built a loyal fanbase in the German-speaking market through energetic live shows and a string of consistently strong albums. Vocalist Mark Fox, who joined in 2003, became synonymous with the band's sound.
