UNMOORED is a Swedish groove and progressive death metal band from Skövde, formed in 1993. Beginning as a groove metal act, they evolved toward progressive death metal in their later work. Their music addresses themes of war and society through a technically sophisticated extreme metal lens. They remain active on an independent basis.
