WATCHMAKER was an American blackened grindcore band from Boston, Massachusetts, active from 1997 to 2007. Known for their punishing sonic assault combining black metal atmosphere with grindcore brutality and themes of societal hatred and nihilism, they were one of the more extreme and uncompromising acts in the American underground. Their split in 2007 left behind an intense body of work.
