Ind: In 1993 you released the LP "Amputator" and became brutal death advocates, since there were quite a few high-quality brutal bands in russia at the time. Did you feel any euphoria or star fever? Did worldwide popularity seem within reach?
Gregory: You have to work hard to become popular. We tried and continue to try hard. Becoming famous is a cherished dream for any band, and we're no exception.
Ind: Unfortunately, in the mid-'90s you broke up. What was the reason?
Gregory: There were several reasons — lack of funding, drugs...

Ind: I remember the "Iron March" TV show where you mentioned that the new album "Filicide" was complete. Does that mean after the reunion you brought old material into the studio, or did you change anything?
Gregory: Yep, "Filicide" was composed in 1995. The track "Euthanasia" was redone and rearranged a couple of days before the recording.
Ind: How did you manage to get back together? Was it a sudden impulse or a natural plan?
Gregory: Gregory is to blame. He bought a PC and called us all together!
Ind: Has the local scene changed considerably since your early days?
Gregory: Many bands are gone, and others have replaced them. It seems like it's easier to record albums now.
Ind: They say death metal's days are over as well.
Gregory: If someone buys CDs and attends gigs, then everything isn't that bad.
Ind: Gregory, how do you manage the band? You also attend rehearsals, write lyrics, and work as the sound engineer...
Gregory: Right, I attend rehearsals and take part in composing songs.
Ind: Are you going to change your lyrics, at least make them more complex? Your lyrics are pretty simple sometimes...
Gregory: Music comes first, while the lyrics are devoid of any particular concept.

Ind: "Amputator" has the track "Addiction to Sexual Slaughter." "Filicide" follows up with "Addiction to Sexual Slaughter Pt. 2."
Gregory: That's an obvious continuation.
Ind: Do you have a steady line-up now?
Gregory: Steady enough — we're only replacing the bass player. A line-up should be stable; it helps everyone understand the musical ideas clearly.
Ind: Nearest plans, expectations...
Gregory: New material is being prepared, and we've started playing live.
