SCARTOWN continue to build on the early success of their debut album 'Legends of the Big City,' which was released a month ago on the Molot subdivision of the Irond label. Very recently, the band's lineup was strengthened with a new bassist — Dmitry Golyashev, known for his work in ARDA.

"We parted ways with our session bassist Vyacheslav Aristov, and after a long search we are ready to introduce the first permanent bassist of SCARTOWN — Dmitry Golyashev from the band ARDA," reads the official SCARTOWN statement. "Dima passed his live baptism of fire with flying colors at the album presentation in Yaroslavl on December 10! We are all pleased with this development and ready for active touring and preparation of new material."

moscow audiences will be able to see Dmitry performing with SCARTOWN very soon: preparations are currently in full swing for a joint concert with FORGIVE-ME-NOT, scheduled for December 23 at the Relax club. SCARTOWN are preparing a special ninety-minute set and promise to create a true sonic miracle within the club's intimate confines, unleashing a blast of breathtaking energy. FORGIVE-ME-NOT are also preparing a large "fan request" program along with surprises.
