GHOST delivered a spectacular Skeletour performance at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh on February 1, dazzling a capacity crowd with elaborate theatrics and a carefully curated setlist spanning their entire catalog. The phone-free show, enforced by Yondr pouches that secured all mobile devices at the entrance, created an atmosphere of total immersion that attendees described as transformative.

Tobias Forge commanded the stage as Papa V Perpetua — the new frontman character revealed in February 2025 alongside the "Satanized" music video — delivering a performance that blended arena-rock showmanship with theatrical precision. The setlist drew heavily from 2025's "Skeleta," which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 with 86,000 equivalent album units in its first week, marking the first hard rock album to top the chart since 2020.

Highlights of the Pittsburgh date included enhanced pyrotechnics during "Year Zero," a hauntingly intimate rendition of "Life Eternal," and the thunderous closing sequence of "Cirice" into "Square Hammer" that sent the crowd into a frenzy. The revamped lighting design gave each song a distinct visual identity, with "Lachryma" bathed in deep purple hues and "Satanized" accompanied by strobing crimson flashes.

The Skeletour's 2026 North American leg launched January 21 in Orlando and continues through February 23 with a final show at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Forge has been candid about the band's future, stating on Full Metal Jackie's radio show that GHOST has "nothing else planned" beyond the current touring cycle, fueling speculation about whether this could be the last opportunity to witness the spectacle live.
