Armstrong MetalFest unveiled the complete lineup for its 16th annual edition on July 17–18, 2026, at Hassen Arena in Armstrong, British Columbia. The festival's most comprehensive bill to date is headlined by Philadelphia progressive death metallers RIVERS OF NIHIL and Baltimore death metal heavyweights DYING FETUS. The full two-day lineup includes Cyborg Octopus, Into Eternity, Fervence, Vintersea, Lycanthro, Iron Kingdom, Odinfist, and 15 additional acts — six of which hail from the Okanagan region.
Friday (July 17) is anchored by RIVERS OF NIHIL; Saturday (July 18) by DYING FETUS. Early bird tickets sold out rapidly, with advance pre-sale tickets remaining available through July 9. RIVERS OF NIHIL's inclusion — celebrated for the landmark album Where Owls Know My Name (2018) — is seen as a major coup for the British Columbia festival.
