BLACK LABEL SOCIETY are set to unleash "Engines of Demolition" on March 27, marking the band's first studio album since 2021 and arriving with considerable emotional weight. The 13-track record was written between 2022 and 2025, largely during downtime from the Pantera Celebration World Tour, and closes with a deeply personal tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne.

Track 13, titled "Ozzy's Song", is Zakk Wylde's farewell to his legendary mentor and employer. Osbourne passed away in July 2025 at the age of 76 from a heart attack, mere weeks after his "Back to the Beginning" farewell concert where Wylde served as lead guitarist for the final time. The two shared a musical bond spanning decades, with Wylde first joining Ozzy's band in 1987 at just 20 years old.

"Engines of Demolition is a sincere ride through the peaks and valleys of the last four years," Wylde said in a statement. "The joy of playing with the Pantera brothers, the devastation of losing the Boss. It's all in there."

Beyond the emotional closer, the album promises the crushing riffs and blues-infused heaviness that have defined BLACK LABEL SOCIETY for over two decades. Early previews suggest a dynamic range that balances Wylde's signature pinch harmonics and aggressive picking with more reflective, melodic passages.

A North American tour in support of the album has been announced, with Zakk Sabbath — Wylde's BLACK SABBATH tribute project — serving as the opening act, creating a full evening of Zakk Wylde-driven heavy metal.

"Engines of Demolition" arrives via eOne Music and is available for pre-order now.
