Download Festival 2026 has announced the latest additions to its lineup, confirming that TRIVIUM and ARCH ENEMY will both perform at Donington Park in June 2026, with performance dates and stage assignments to follow in the coming weeks. The announcements bring the growing 2026 lineup into sharper focus, with METALLICA and TOOL already confirmed as headliners for the three-day event, which runs June 12–14 at the legendary Castle Donington site in Leicestershire, England.

TRIVIUM are returning to Download for the first time since 2018, when they delivered a career-defining set that was streamed live by hundreds of thousands of viewers. The band has since released "What the Dead Men Say" (2020) and "In the Court of the Dragon" (2021), cementing their status as one of the foremost metal acts of the 21st century. Frontman Matt Heafy expressed excitement at the return: "Download has always been the festival where we feel most at home. The energy of the crowd, the history of the site — it's something we've been looking forward to for years."

ARCH ENEMY make their Download return following their acclaimed 2024 album "Blood Dynasty," with vocalist Alissa White-Gluz confirming that the set will be one of their most elaborate productions to date, including new visual elements developed specifically for the festival circuit. Additional acts announced in the same press release include CROWBAR, SUICIDE SILENCE, and THE GHOST INSIDE. Download 2026 weekend camping tickets are still available, though golden circle and weekend tickets without camping are sold out.
