Atlanta heavy rockers SEVENDUST have released "Unbreakable," the powerful second single from their upcoming fifteenth studio album "One," due May 1 via Rise Records. The accompanying music video, directed by Dan Sturgess, was filmed during the band's recent European tour and captures the raw energy of their live performances intercut with stylized narrative footage. "Unbreakable" showcases the band's signature blend of heavy, down-tuned grooves and soaring melodic hooks, with vocalist Lajon Witherspoon delivering one of his most impassioned performances to date.
The track follows the well-received lead single "Blood On The Ground," which debuted in January and has already cracked the top 20 on the Active Rock charts. SEVENDUST have been one of the most consistently reliable bands in the hard rock and metal world since their formation in 1994, and "Unbreakable" suggests that "One" could rank among their strongest work. Producer Michael "Elvis" Baskette, known for his collaborations with ALTER BRIDGE and TREMONTI, once again helms the recording, bringing a polished but punchy sonic palette to the proceedings.
A U.S. headlining tour running April 16 through May 20 has also been confirmed, with ATREYU, FIRE FROM THE GODS, and AMERICAN ADRENALINE rounding out a stacked support bill. The tour will hit 28 cities across the country, including stops at major markets like New York, Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles. Pre-orders for "One" are available in standard and deluxe editions, with the deluxe version featuring two bonus tracks and expanded artwork. For a band that has been delivering quality heavy music for over three decades, SEVENDUST show no signs of slowing down.
