SYSTEM OF A DOWN have announced a summer 2026 European stadium tour, marking the band's first European shows in nearly a decade. The run spans June 29 through July 18 and covers Stockholm, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Dusseldorf, London (two nights), and Warsaw, with QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE as special guests on all dates and ACID BATH as the opening act.
The announcement sent shockwaves through the metal world. SYSTEM OF A DOWN have maintained a notoriously selective touring schedule since their brief reunions in 2011 and 2017, and their European stadium return is one of the most anticipated live events in years. The Armenian-American quartet — Serj Tankian, Daron Malakian, Shavo Odadjian, and John Dolmayan — have not released a full-length studio album since Hypnotize in 2005, yet their catalog remains as urgent and politically charged as ever.
The pairing with QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE makes for an exceptional double bill — two of rock and metal's most artistically uncompromising acts sharing the same stage. Pre-sale begins Monday; general ticket sale opens Friday at 10 a.m. local time for all cities.
