A young Italian band playing melodic death metal of the Swedish school. I wouldn't say they sound very much like the well-known IN FLAMES (which is a good thing — at least they're trying to do something of their own), but they don't stand out for particular originality either. Then again, it's probably hard to distinguish yourself among all the other bands playing in a similar style. Although at times you can sense that these are, after all, hot-blooded Italian guys — hard to say exactly why, but you can feel it.
The keyboards fit in well; the riffs, I wouldn't say, are especially original, but they sound decent enough. The vocals are standard — a mid-range growl, so to speak.
All in all, another disc for the melodic death metal collection. Also recommended for anyone who doesn't believe that Italy can produce melodic death metal that's barely inferior to the Swedish product.
