German death-metallers have published another album, made of flesh. Yeah, the cover is fleshy, but the inlay contains only black pages with white font and the band-members photos in the same chromatic colours. Despite the fastness and extreme sound, there are melodic pieces present, created by the indistinctive riffs. Some tracks blow away with its hurricane velocity, another - instead precise and rhythmic, played in intermediate tempo. Somebody after these words could associate the band with ARCH ENEMY. Not exactly, not exactly, however - not so far. Deutsche have no solos, peculiar to Enemies, and the sound is much rawer. All the musicians had coped with the task with straight "A", the recording and mixing quality is also good. Drummer Bastian Herzog is duly pounding on the skins, and the smart growl of Sven Gross springs sometimes into scream. Unconditionally great work, which I recommend not only for decease metal admirers.
