Swedish heavy metal veterans LION'S SHARE have released an official music video for "We Are What We Are," a standout track from their comeback album Inferno (Metalville, 2026). The song has surpassed one million Spotify streams and helped propel Inferno to eight consecutive weeks on U.S. metal radio charts, alongside a perfect 10/10 from Powerplay magazine.

Formed in Sundsvall in 1987 and having shared stages with MOTÖRHEAD, DIO, SAXON, MANOWAR, and ICED EARTH, LION'S SHARE mark a triumphant return with Inferno — their first full-length studio album in 17 years.

Vocalist Nils Patrik Johansson explained the song's outlook: "The lyrics are basically about ignoring all the politics and bullshit around us and just doing our own thing." Guitarist Lars Chriss added a characteristically metal note about the shoot: "Part of the ruin we filmed in actually collapsed not long afterwards. We still don't know if it was the riffs or all the flames."

The band will appear at Sweden Rock Festival on June 5, 2026. Metalville will also reissue their 2009 album Dark Hours on vinyl on August 28.
